Listen closely. You can hear it, if you pay attention: the grumbling, the ugly remarks and the disappointment. It’s coming from those four guys on the next machine who joined (our gym) right after Christmas.

“Why haven’t I lost my beer-gut, by now??!” said one. His pal picks it up, “Yeah, I figured I would be benching at least 315 lbs. by now. It’s already been a month!” These are the same kids who were betting who could bench the most weight for one rep. last week.  Uh-huh, sure.

LISTEN UP.  The ever-lovely Kim Pervis has joined us once again to talk about ENERGY DRINKS, SUPPLEMENTS and other stuff we drink, eat and swallow because someone told us we would get huge overnight, if we did.

Every time I see one of those ads, I remember the words of wisdom my Dad would spout off from time-to-time:  “There’s a sucker born every minute.”

You can count on that.

Try not to be one of them. Kim has some solid advice grounded in the belief that Moderation is the Key to Success.

  • Exercise
  • Eating (with some supplements)
  • Rest

These are the key to being healthy and strong. It is also the best technique to building serious muscle along with endurance.

We’d all like to have the stamina to go all night. Right? The smartest thing you can do then, is to start getting it on with Kim. She will lead down the best path for getting that size you desire.
